Moin, today I'm showing something special. Special for me, because I normally don't wear such colours. But as I was looking at the swatches of Zoya Pasha on the web, I was thinking how nice it looks, and then Pasha went to my wish list. I never really hoped to get it, but Carolina was so kind to send it to me in a swap : ) For a long time I didn't have courage to try it, but I couldn't just keep watching at it forever, so here are the swatches:
Pasha is a coffee-with-milk cool-shaded polish with a silver shimmer (frost, if you want), and I just cannot describe it any other way.. Somewhere between beige and taupe?
The main stress should be made on the words "cool-shaded". Exactly because of that it doesn't create 'lobster hands' effect on me, but if you have warm skin tone, you won't have to worry at all : ) I did worry. In vain, as it turned out.
For Pasha to look nice on your nails they have to be without ridges - this polish tends to highlight them. Secondly, you will need a top coat in order to smooth the shimmer streaks. On the photos there are barely any - that's only because of the top coat. Otherwise, the application is typical Zoya - smooth and nice, 2 fast drying coats.
Otherwise, Zoya Pasha was the only case when my bf, being asked if he likes it on my nails, said explicitly: "No". Maybe it was weird for him to see such a colour on me, don't know. Me, on the contrary.. I liked Pasha more than I expected : ) Do you?
Alina, Pasha looks so pretty and delicate on you.
AntwortenLöschenThank you! I have the pleasure to wear it thanks to you, dear Carolina :)
Löschenwow so SMART! I really love it too, I think I'll purchase it...
AntwortenLöschenSmart? Hehe, nice description, thank you! :) Careful with the skintone if you plan to get Pasha.
Löschenwow, it is really an interesting shade. might consider getting it.
AntwortenLöschenIt is quite unique, but if you plan to get it beware of your skintone :)
LöschenThis is gorgeous! Amazing swatches and pictures. I might just have to add this beauty to the wishlist... ;)
AntwortenLöschenWow! This is gorgeous :D
AntwortenLöschenThank you :D
LöschenThat is a great colour on you!!! And the pictures are gorgeous!
AntwortenLöschenThank you, Bia! :)
LöschenI also don't like this type of color, especially on myself it looks weird
AntwortenLöschenYes, I couldn't wear it for a long time.. It turned out not that bad, I just have to reconvince my bf now :)
LöschenPasha is one of those... annoying colours. This colour doesn't say a thing to me but after looking at it so many times I might want it! XD But you know what? Anything goes right on your nails just because your hands are suitable for every colour! Seriously! And bfs don't understand a thing about it 'cause I have a certain issue with yellow nail polishes and when I ask him to pick a colour for me, amazingly, he always picks some yellow -_-
AntwortenLöschenThank you :) Yea, I never imagined wearing such colour on my, but somehow I wanted to have it and voila.. :) Funny how your bf chooses yellow :) :) Mine also changed his opinion about what can look good on my nails during all this time, but I think he'll never accept dirty and brown shades :) He keeps saying "kaka-colour", and I can't reconvince him, lol
LöschenIt looks great on you.
AntwortenLöschenI think it looks extremely elegant on you! Shame he doesn't like it!
AntwortenLöschenElegant might be the right word for this shade, thank you! :)
