Every time I go abroad, I try to allocate some time for investigating the local nail polish assortment and eventually buying a couple of polishes from a foreign country. For example, last time I went to Italy I brought back 14 new polishes :) Now, although I was in Greece for nearly a month, I bought only... one bottle. But quite an interesting one - it's called GG Line #12, and there is no single mentioning about this brand on the web (!!!), despite a rich colour palette in the shops..
GG Line #12 is a blue jelly with tricolour hexagonal glitter: gold, blue and purple. After the 1st coat it was so sheer that I thought it will never hide the VNL, but it did, right after the 2d coat! Drying time was quick, and I applied a thin layer of top coat before photographing.
The bottle shape reminds me of MIYO polishes, the brush was quite wide. I dislike wide brushes, but it was not so disturbing this time.
As you see, this brand is new for me and a mystery in general. I only know that it's produced in Greece (Thessaloniki), costs around 2€ and has pretty colours. And this number 12.. I just dug it out from a huge nail polish shelf in Hondos Center. I still regret about not taking a neon green of Erre Due *sigh* Hopefully, I'll come back for it! :)
That's a nice bottle of polish that you brought back home, I like it! :)
AntwortenLöschenThank you! I like it a lot too... and the fact that I just randomly grabbed it in a store! :)
Löschenooooh I love this kind of nail polish! So pretty and cute!
AntwortenLöschenMe too, me too! :) Thanks!
Löschenevery polish you show is so unique and interesting that I really don't know how it happens that your collection is so unsusal! amazing!
AntwortenLöschenI'm so flattered to read that! :) :) I have quite "usual" polishes too, but lately I only buy the "outstanding" polishes and try not to breed dupes.. It's hard because there are so many pretty things out there, but I keep on trying! :)
LöschenWow, this nail polish looks amazing :)
AntwortenLöschenThanks, I'm glad you liked it! :)
LöschenThis one is very unique and beautiful! :-)
AntwortenLöschenThanks! I also like that it's quite unique! That's why I bought it :)
LöschenThis is gorgeous! Its so unusual. I'm the same when it comes to visiting countries, I love to try new brands. I never saw this brand in Greece but I know they do have some lovely polishes there. I'm going to be following you on Bloglovin' :)
AntwortenLöschenGlad to hear that! :) I noticed that they have a loooot of unknown polish brands in Greece, maybe local or regional.. But this is the only bottle that caught my attention so much that I bought it :) Although I saw many pretty cremes and jellies too..
LöschenOhhh, this is beautiful, and it looks amazing on you!
AntwortenLöschenThank you so much, Maria!! :)
LöschenWhat a gorgeous finding! I looks perfect on you. It's a pleasure to find rare gems in the ranges of new local brands :)
AntwortenLöschen"Finding" is a precise description of this polish, hehe :) I see you know how I felt when I suddenly discovered it :)
LöschenLovely :) Why are they hiding such pretty nail polishes from us?
AntwortenLöschenHehe :) I guess they just started the business, this brand doesn't even have a web-site %)
