GeoPink

Please meet my first American Apparel polish! It's name is Coney Island, it's baby pink and it made the whole way from US to me, sent in a swap with Carolina together with it's 2 AA sisters and others.

American Apparel Coney Island

American Apparel Coney Island
Unlike many girls/bloggers I know, I don't mind wearing pink. Especially such a muted pastel shade, I love it. The texture however was weird!! It's thick, covering in 2 coats, but sometimes bumpy, you have to be careful when applying the polish. What is a really helpful tip - use topcoat with AAs, it makes the polish look ideally flat and it lasts long.

Since I cut my nails, I can now do some stamping :) Which I couldn't miss!

Used products:
American Apparel Coney Island x 2 coats
Konad m64 plate
Stargazer Chrome - Silver

Do you like pinks/baby pinks?

Lilac Dreams

Don't laugh at the heading, but I wish my dreams were like this mani: pleasantly coloured and harmonic. In reality they're more like detective movies with crazy plots, but this is another story :) Meanwhile, have a look at the mani:

(Used products: Orly Lollipop stamped with Victoria Shu polish, Konad plate m64)
Regarding the polish: Orly Lollipop is a wonderful lavender creme with a smooth application and very fast-drying formula. As you know, it's my first Orly, and it applies really differently (I can't choose another word). I still didn't get used to it, but I think me and Orly could be friends.

Sooo, what colour are your dreams?

As Simple As That

Nothing intricate today, just accent fingers stamping. That's one of my few dark polishes cuz I'm generally not very fond of them, preferring light ones: pinks (hello, Ivana ;))), lilacs, nudes and lighter shades of red. Anyway, yesterday was way too gloomy, and I decided to turn to blues. See the result:

The polish is Essence Buddy Bear from LE I Love Berlin, and, attention, it's 1 (!) coat! Lovely dusty dark blue colour, which was so easy to apply.

V-day is still here!

My Valentine's day was a catastrophe. Like honestly. BUT I'm an eternal optimist (should I buy that Essie polish?) and I'm not gonna take it close to my heart. Instead, I always search for positive aspects. Catastrophe led to some honest and direct conversations which hopefully will make life easier for us both. Anyway, enough blabla, here's my mani:
